HOW DOES IT WORK? This golf performance package starts with a phone consultation to discuss your goals and golf history. Then the online assessment is scheduled where we determine your mobility, stability, balance, strength, speed. Pam will design your customized program prior to your second video appointment where you learn the first phase of the workout.

This online performance package includes initial phone consult/assessment appointment and one additional video appointment plus Phase 1 written home or gym workout program.
